Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. If there is any issues with your order we will contact you to advise and you will have a choice whether to proceed. should you wish to cancel your order due to any internal issues we may have, we will issue a full refund. Any orders which are shipped can be returned unused in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns of earrings on hygiene grounds. Return shipping costs will not be provided unless the returned item proves to be be faulty.
